WORST. COMIC. PODCAST. EVER!

Oct 7, 2020

On this week's episode of the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER!, we are joined by local Kansas City creator B. Clay Moore (Hawaiian Dick, Savage, Killers), who has a brand new book, Miles to Go, from Aftershock Comics.

With art from Stephen Molnar, Miles to Go tells the story of Amara Bishop, a young mom with a killer back history. As in she has killed people, and will do so again to protect the ones she loves. When her mentor is killed, a lot of people start looking to find Amara. Now, she finds herself on the run for her life with her daughter.

Moore discusses the origins of Miles to Go, working with the editorial team at Aftershock, and leaves us with a tease of his California noir project Endless Summer: Dead Man's Curve. We even find out what Moore has been reading over the past few months during the quarantine.

We have our weekly Pick 3 choices, sponsored by our friends at Clint's Comics. Remember, if you are supporting your local comic book stores, AND YOU SHOULD, remember to wear masks and gloves.

We would love to hear your comments on the show. Let us know what you've been reading or watching this week. Contact us on our website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or email. We want to hear from you! As always, we are the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! and we hope you enjoy the show.
