WORST. COMIC. PODCAST. EVER!

Nov 16, 2018

Face front, True Believers! The flags of the comic book community are at half-mast this week as we mourn the loss of Stan Lee at the age of 95.

As the writer, editor, architect, and salesman of the Marvel Universe, Lee oversaw a revolution in the comic book industry, transforming Marvel from a publisher on the verge of folding into the industry juggernaut. During his time, he helped to create Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, the X-Men, the Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Daredevil, She-Hulk and so many more.

During our discussion, we lost our connection with John, but Cullen and Jerry continued the conversation about Lee and his impact on comics.

Before we lost John, we did get his selection for Pick 3, for new books coming out next Wednesday, November 21. Be sure to get there and stock up on comics before the long holiday weekend. We speak from experience, so trust the WCPE guys and buy these books!
