WORST. COMIC. PODCAST. EVER!

Feb 15, 2018

Happy Comicon Eve, Kansas City! We are a day early this week, so consider yourself the lucky winner! We've got a lot to do ahead of the start of the show tomorrow, so we are going to get things going with the podcast today!

Before we can get into Planet Comicon, we've got to wrap things up with Cullen's recap of I Like Comic Con last weekend in Vancouver, WA. Raising money for the Hero Initiative, hanging out with the likes of Jim Steranko and Neal Adams, and seeing familiar friends - it doesn't get much better than that!

Of course, the next party starts tomorrow at Bartle Hall in Kansas City. You can find the WCPE guys manning the Hero Initiative table at #1030. Next to us will be comic creator Ty Templeton at #1032. He will be signing books, sketching characters and telling stories all weekend long. Please stop by our tables to say, receive hugs, and help us raise some money for an awesome cause.

Now, hopefully everyone has 1:00 Sunday afternoon blocked out on your calendars to attend the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! panel. Another live recording of a podcast. We'll play a game, answer questions, and give away some prizes. We want to fill the room, so help us out.

We still have some time to fill this week, so we dive into the ComicsGate controversy. This is becoming a big issue, and we share our opinions of the situation. Plus, Jerry shares the thrill of winning an online auction for a treasured comic!

We would love to hear your comments on the show. Let us know what you've been reading or watching this week. Contact us on our website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or by email. We want to hear from you! As always, we are the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! and we hope you enjoy the show.
