WORST. COMIC. PODCAST. EVER!

Oct 20, 2017

Over the last couple of weeks, the guys of the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! have been busy reading comics and watching the fall TV shows.  But we haven't talked much about the upcoming movies. So today's episode has the guys looking at the slew of recent trailers for comic-book related films coming out in the next six months. All of these trailers are easily found on your Google machines, so go give them a look if you haven't seen them yet!

  • Thor: Ragnarok
  • Justice League
  • Star Wars: The Last Jedi
  • Black Panther
  • The New Mutants

But before we can get to the theaters, we have a con this weekend! Freestate Comicon is this Saturday, October 21, at the Douglas County Fairgrounds in Lawrence, KS. The show runs from 10 AM to 5 PM, and you will find John and Jerry either at their own table at the show, or looking through a 50 cent box of treasured comics that are hoping to go home with us.

We also introduce a new feature on the show this week, where we look ahead to next week and spotlight three books that we think you should consider picking up. Now, you may be asking yourself, "Did these guys develop mutant powers that allow them to see into the future?" While we would like to say YES, the real answer is we have subscribed to Clint's Comics weekly mailing list of the upcoming comics for the following week. You can subscribe too! But you have to listen to the show to find out how.

We would love to hear your comments on the show. Let us know what you've been reading or watching this week. Contact us on our website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or by email. We want to hear from you! As always, we are the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! and we hope you enjoy the show.
