WORST. COMIC. PODCAST. EVER!

Aug 3, 2018

Another week, another brand-spankin' new episode of what should be the award-winnin' Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! Our inbox has been flooded with inquiries as to how we have been spending our summer. Truth be told, it's mostly trying to avoid the heat, which that makes for a really good reason to read comics. Win-win!!

Of course, we'll catch up on some TV shows. John's almost done with the most recent season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., while Jerry and Cullen have been watching Cloak and Dagger on ABC Family Freeform. Jerry also took his daughter to see Teen Titans Go to the Movies! last weekend. Any movie that includes the Challengers of the Unknown ix is worth a watch, people!

Cullen has a new interview with artist Nick Pitarra whose new book Leviathan just came out this week. Cullen spoke to Nick earlier this year at Image Expo 2018, and has been eagerly awaiting for the release of this book. Go buy this book... after you finish listening to the podcast, of course.

Speaking of books, we have our Pick 3 for next week. In addition, there are some midnight openings occurring next week with the release of Fantastic Four #1. We have some details for stores in Kansas City and Portland that will be opening the doors early (or late, depending on your perspective).

We would love to hear your comments on the show. Let us know what you've been reading or watching this week. Contact us on our website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or by email. We want to hear from you! As always, we are the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! and we hope you enjoy the show.
